Materials for production SLS

Materials that expand your business.

Start with IGP1200S, Zorix's industrial PA12 material for thin walls, assemblies and large parts. Extend your production range with additional PA12 options for toughness, black functional parts and higher-stiffness applications.

Flagship material

IGP1200S.
Industrial PA12.

IGP1200S is positioned as the primary Zorix production material: a black PA12 developed for industrial SLS and specified for thin-wall parts, assemblies, prototypes, tooling and low-volume production.

IGP1200S

Advanced SLS nylon for thin walls, assemblies & large parts.

The current TDS describes IGP1200S as tough, dimensionally stable, heat- and corrosion-resistant, with a smooth, paint-ready surface.

01 / GEOMETRY

Thin walls & assemblies

IGP1200S is specifically positioned in the current Zorix TDS for thin-wall structures and assembled parts where stable geometry and usable mechanical performance matter.

02 / SCALE

Large functional parts

Use the material with MEGA I's larger build envelope for housings, fixtures, prototypes and production components that benefit from SLS design freedom.

03 / FINISH

Production-ready surface

The current TDS characterizes the surface as smooth and paint-ready, supporting parts that will move from printing into downstream finishing workflows.

Additional production materials

More materials for more jobs.

Alongside IGP1200S, Zorix can support additional material options. Supplier prefixes are removed from the customer-facing names: 1211PA, 1200F and 1200CF.
